This policy explains what data Your Ads Advisor collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to protect us.
Your Ads Advisor is a tool that reads a business's Google Ads account and explains what is happening with their advertising spend in plain language. You can reach us at chilivery.rajesh@gmail.com.
When you connect your Google Ads account, you are asked by Google to grant permission. With that permission we read:
We ask for the narrowest permission that lets the tool work. We do not access your Gmail, your Google Drive, your contacts, or any other Google service.
We use your Google Ads data for one purpose only: to produce the findings and advice we show you about your own account.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own purposes. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not use it to train machine learning models.
Your Ads Advisor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is stored on servers inside the European Union and the United States, protected by encryption in transit and at rest.
We keep your account data only as long as you have an active account with us. If you close your account or disconnect your Google Ads access, we delete your data within 30 days. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing us.
We do not change anything in your Google Ads account without you approving that specific change first. Every change we make is recorded and can be undone.
You can disconnect us at any time, and you do not need to ask us to do it. Go to your Google Account permissions page and remove Your Ads Advisor. Access stops immediately.
If you email us or sign up, we hold your name, email address and any messages you send, so we can reply and run your account. If we take payment, that is handled by a payment provider and we never see or store your card details.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
This is a tool for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and affects how we handle your data, we will email you before it takes effect.
